Logical Steps to Eliminate That Worry

For God sake! Stop worrying yourself on pointlessly and needlessly issues.  George F. Burns said, “If you ask what the single most important key to longevity is, I would have to say it is avoiding worry, stress and tension. And if you didn’t ask me, I’d still have to say it.”

Worries are sent by the situations surrounding our life to engage your attention so much that you think probably that problem is the only things in your life; some people have let their worries blind them from divine purpose.  John Jay Chapman said, "People get so in the habit of worry that if you save them from drowning and put them on a bank to dry in the sun with hot chocolate and muffins they wonder whether they are catching a cold." However, we wouldn't be human if we didn't worry about things instead decide whether there is something you can do about whatever it is you are worrying about, or not.

Meanwhile, we worry about things that matter and on things that doesn't really matters to us, all I know is that too much worries gradually taking you away from your divine purpose, and blind you not to see opportunities somewhere else. (Robert Frost) “The reason why worry kills more people than work is that more people worry than work.” And Persistent worrying is a sign that you aren't ready to do something about the problem, it implies that you just want to continue carrying on that worries, and looking concerned rather than doing something on it. Mary Hemingwayn said,  “Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years. If something is
wrong, fix it up, if you can. But train yourself not to worry. Worry never fixes anything."

Let's look at the minds of some writers

John Kehoe of Mind Power prescribed how we can easily curb uncomfortable generated from worrying.

 Practice Mind Power. The daily practice of Mind Power will keep worry from overpowering you. Fear and worry will find no fertile place to take root in a mind that is aware and conscious of it. Mind Power is your best friend and most powerful tool. Use it.

Challenge catastrophic thinking  - Most of us exaggerate our situations during fearful times, projecting ourselves into the direst circumstances. We let worry carry us away. Resolve to not let this happen. There are solutions to every problem, and undoubtedly it will not become as bad as the fear is projecting. Don’t let worst-case scenarios dominate your thinking. There is every possibility that the situation won’t be a bad as you think, and it could be a whole lot better. There
may well be hidden benefits and blessings that you haven’t even thought of.

Recognize the cost of worrying - Yes, there is a cost. Firstly, it causes stress, which in turn affects our health and our decision-making process. You don’t make good decisions when you’re worried. Secondly it actually attracts to us the circumstances we are worrying about, especially if we start to fear it. Understanding this, we choose to not worry. It is not worth the time or effort, and it is always counterproductive.

Focusing on the exact opposite of what you have feared. Whatever the fear has you focusing on; change the focus to the exact opposite. You don’t need to fight fear. Observe it carefully to see what it is suggesting to you, and then simply focus on the opposite."

Quotes About Worrying;
Winston Churchill said, "When I look back on all these worries, I remember the story of the old man who said on his deathbed that he had had a lot of trouble in his life, most of which had never happened.”

Also.....!

Dr. Wayne W. Dyer an internationally renowned author and speaker in the field of self-development said that you should "Keep in mind the most useful advice I can give you for eliminating worry from your life; I learned it a long time ago from a teacher I had in India: It makes no sense to worry about the things you have no control over, because if you have no control over them, it makes no sense to worry about them. And also, it makes no sense to worry about the things you do have control over, because if you have control over them, it makes no sense to worry about them. And there goes everything that it is possible to worry about. Either you have control or you don't, and worry is just a waste of your precious, present moments".

Quotes About Worrying;
Arthur Somers Roche said, “Worry is a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind. If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained.”

Helpguide.org said, "If the worry is solvable, start brainstorming. Make a list of all the possible solutions you can think of. Try not to get too hung up on finding the perfect solution. Focus on the things you have the power to change, rather than the circumstances or realities beyond your control. After you’ve evaluated your options, make a plan of action. Once you have a plan and start doing something about the problem, you’ll feel much less worried."

So, the 3 logical steps to eliminate that worrying

1. You need a practical advice. If you are worrying about your health, go and see a doctor

2. Do anything that's constructive to keep you busy

3. You need up to date information on what is happening concerning the areas where you are having problems.

So, stop worrying yourself.
